LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Nebraska Coach Bo Pelini and his assistants will hit the recruiting trail as the Huskers take a few days off during a bye week. The football team practiced for two hours Thursday, and Pelini says he likes where they are in preparing to take on Colorado Nov. 28. The team will take Friday and Saturday off practice. Pelini says he and offensive coordinator Shawn Watson and linebackers coach Mike Ekeler will be recruiting. Pelini says recruiting is in pretty good shape, and coaches are getting a good reception from future players. ___ On the Net: University of Nebraska-Lincoln athletics: http://www.huskers.com
