Senior all star game set for Sunday
The 15th annual Miss Basketball senior all star game is set for Sunday night at the UNK Health and Sports Center in Kearney. Coaching the White team is Dave Pruden of Broken Bow. Playing for the White Squad will be Shelby Hamilton of Broken Bow, Maggie Maher of Kearney High, Natasha Coons and Rose Allen of Elm Creek, Alison Krueger of Gibbon, Jordan Pfeifer and Mallory Murdoch of Holdrege, Melissa Bucher of Litchfield, Amanda High of Bertrand, and Cassie Brooks of Southern Valley. Coaching the Red squad is Brad Dunlap of Eustis Farnam, those selected to play include Lindsey Sitorius of Minden, Katie Fagot of Eustis Farnam, Terah Maloley of Lexington and Mandee Sundquist of Loomis. Also playing is Kelsey Hemmann Amherst, Cortni Shoemaker and Abby Royle of Pleasanton, Taryn McDowell and Emily Achtenburg of Ravenna, and Carli Heft of Alma. The game starts at 7pm, it will be followed by the championship game of the Miss Basketball showcase.
