LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Nebraska quarterback Joe Ganz says he's happy Shawn Watson still is the team's offensive coordinator. First-year coach Bo Pelini retained Watson from Bill Callahan's staff, and Watson later turned down a job at Alabama. On the eve of spring practice, Ganz says he would not have wanted to start over again with a new coordinator. Pelini said Ganz has shown leadership and a high level of confidence in the short time he's known him. Pelini says Ganz is just starting to show how good he can be. The new coach says it helps that Ganz believes in the system and believes in Watson.
