Ganz unsigned by Washington
Joe Ganz
According to the Lincoln Journal Star former Nebraska quarterback Joe Ganz received some bad news this week. He got a tryout with the Washington Redskins, but the NFL team has opted not to sign him. Last year Ganz threw for over 3,500 yards and 25 touchdowns while helping to lead the Huskers to a nine win season and a victory in the Gator Bowl. Washington's quarterback roster as of now is Jason Campbell, Todd Collins, Colt Brennan and former Missouri star Chase Daniels.
