Neb. judicial officials to examine court needs
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ State judicial officials are scheduled to hold their annual meeting to determine whether changes are needed to balance court caseloads. The Dec. 15 hearing will be held by way of video conferencing from the state Capitol with links to sites in Scottsbluff, Omaha and Hastings. Anyone can attend the hearing. The Judicial Resources Commission must determine whether there is an appropriate number of judges in each district and whether district boundaries need any adjustment.
