Free H1N1 Vaccine Clinic Friday
Two Rivers Public Health Department will hold a FREE H1N1 Vaccine Clinic on Friday, February 12th in Holdrege from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm or until vaccine is gone. Shots will be available for ages 3 years through adult. The clinic will be held at the Holdrege City Auditorium, located at 423 Grant Street. Terry Krohn, Director of Two Rivers Public Health Department says H1N1 has been in a lull lately in Nebraska, but nationwide some states are seeing flu activity and there are still some deaths, especially in children. Krohn says vaccinations will be given in the upper arm, so those wanting the immunization should dress accordingly. A similar FREE H1N1 Vaccine Clinic will be held at the Dawson County Fairgrounds in Lexington Mar. 3 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. For more information call Two Rivers Public Health Department at 1-308-995-4778 or 1-888-669-7154.
