ALMA, Neb. (AP) _ A small south Nebraska city has begun an Internet campaign it hopes will boost its dwindling population. The ``Tell a Friend about Alma'' campaign seeks to have people familiar with the area urge friends and family to move to the city of 1,200 in Harlan County. Those asked are encouraged to fill out contact information on Alma's Web site. The city will then send out information about what Alma has to offer. Officials in the area tout good schools, low crime and a newly expanded hospital as some of the city's best features. For more information on the campaign, visit http://www.almaisforyou.com/
