An attempt to locate the driver of a vehicle for failing to pay for gasoline out of Lexington led to a short pursuit and the arrest of a 37-year-old man. A Nebraska State Patrol trooper spotted a vehicle matching the description of the wanted vehicle around 9:45 Thursday morning, traveling east on a gravel road just north of Funk, Nebr. The 1993 Jeep Cherokee had been reported stolen out of Great Falls, Montana. When the trooper attempted to stop the Jeep, the vehicle took off.
