NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (AP) _ A local bond issue on November's ballot will determine whether Lincoln County gets a new jail and relocates some probation offices. The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners recommended the $15.2 million project to voters. Sheriff Jerome Kramer notes that the jail is designed for easy expansion. The $15.2 million issue is projected to cost property owners about $45 a year for every $100,000 of assessed valuation. The board limited repayment to a maximum of 21 years. Election Day is Nov. 4. ___ On the Net: Lincoln County: http://www.co.lincoln.ne.us/ ___
