R-CALF USA Convention Cut in Half
R-CALF USA’s 10th Annual Convention and Trade Show takes place January 23-24 at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Rapid City, South Dakota. The length of this year’s meeting has been cut in half. According to R-CALF - due to the recent drop in cattle prices and the uncertainty about the overall U.S. economy. The first day’s program will deal with Private Property Rights, reforming U.S. trade policies, and reports on marketing, trade, checkoff and membership. The convention continues on day two with discussions on HACCP, animal identification, animal health and COOL. The convention will end with a business session.
