Schafer Responds to Animal Cruelty Video

That's why - in this case - USDA is reaching out to states and industry groups to address the issue. Schafer says it is his sincere desire to work with HSUS to resolve these atrocities. He says it's essential they work together in good faith to address the issue and ensure animals are treated with care and dignity.
