Appreciation BBQ scheduled for State Fair
Lincoln - The Nebraska Pork Producers Association and the Nebraska Soybean Board are hosting a Youth Appreciation barbecue for 4-H and FFA members and their families at the Nebraska State Fair’s Coliseum on Sunday, August 31st from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The event is designed to reward Nebraska 4-H and FFA members for their efforts and involvement in Nebraska agriculture. The event planners anticipate more than 2000 folks from across the state to attend the free barbeque.
The Nebraska Pork Producers Association and the Nebraska Soybean Board are excited about the response from local 4-H and FFA groups and look forward to doing a little something special for Nebraska’s agriculture youth.
