Farm Payment Question Lingers

There may be a debate on the use of tax return information to decide the qualifications of farmers. Still, many believe privacy matters. While the 2008 farm bill lowered the income level in which farmers can qualify for payments, a spokesperson for Senator Harkin says there must be a limit on the amount any one person can receive.
