It was a very busy Thursday at the Flagship of the Rural Radio Network, KRVN. We played host to the 2009-20 Nebraska State FFA Officer team and Nebraska FFA Foundation Executive Director Tammy Meyer. Officers include: Katie Frenzen, State FFA President, Fullerton; State Vice Presidents: Jordan Anderson, Burwell, Lance Atwater, Blue Hill, Amanda Docter, Norris, Sydney Paige, (Northwest) Grand Island, Tyler Spilinek from Elba. ANd State Secretary Danielle Saathoff, Franklin (Naponee).
Also Nebraska 3rd District Congressman Adrian Smith stopped by for a quick visit in between town hall meetings, he was interviewd by reporter Dave Schroeder. You will hear parts of the interview on Firday's Mid Day Program.
The Nebraska Rural Radio Foundation also met here on Thursday afternoon to continue planning the annual fundraiser and discuss implentations of the boards goals.
