Northeast Kansas conference scheduled
Manhattan, Kansas, October 20, 2008 --- Bill R. Fuller, State Executive Director of the USDA Kansas Farm Service Agency announced today that Donald Jonovic, Ph.D. will be the featured speaker at the NE Kansas Family Farmers & Ranchers Conference - Planning For The Next Farming Generation to be held on Friday, January 9, 2009 in Marysville, Kansas. Are you involved in a family farming operation? Are your family's expectations realistic for the operation? Have you planned properly for the future of your farm? What happens to the farm when you are gone? What are the tax complications?
