LOST: 3 year old, aprx. 40 lb. black and white springer spaniel wearing a purple collar and a red pet safe shock collar. New foster dog from an abuse case. He may answer to Kola. He is horribly matted and will be very scared. He bolted from his foster home, 5 miles east of Arnold once he arrived. Has been missing since Sat. Sept. 20th.
