KRVN AM/FM had four full time vacancies for the period February 1, 2007 through January 31, 2008, including one new hire and three internal company promotions.
KRVN AM/FM had an internship program for a high school student in the spring of 2007 and a college student in the summer of 2007.
KRVN AM/FM participated in a local Job Fair on 5/9/07.
KRVN AM/FM participates in the Nebraska Rural Radio Association scholarship program at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and the Nebraska Broadcasters Association EEO scholarship program.
KRVN AM/FM hosted various tours for junior high and high school students.
